Sophie’s Garden Salon is committed to operating its business in a safe manner within all government safety and health guidelines. We operate to serve our clients, our staff and the community. The following are some of our current practices: Please wait in your vehicle till you are called to come in for your appointment. No handshakes or hugs. Sorry, we realize that we will be interacting closely with our clients but will seek to minimize unnecessary contact. Our salon is cleaned thoroughly each evening. Stations, as well as shampoo bowls are cleaned after each client, utilizing disinfectants. Our tools of the trade - combs, scissors, etc. are disinfected between each client service. Our staff will remain masked. Clients will be provided hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the salon. We will endeavor to maintain proper social distancing between clients. Obviously, staff/client interaction cannot achieve this. We request that our clients do the following: Follow all staff directions. Wear a mask (at your request a new mask will be provided for your use during your visit for a $5 charge). Notify us if any of the following is true: o You have or have had a fever within the past 14 days. o You have had flu symptoms with the past 14 days. o You have tested positive for COVID – 19 o A health care giver has ordered or recommended that you be tested for COVID-19. o You have had contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19 within the past 21 days. o You have traveled on an airplane, ship or train within the past 21 days. By signing below, you certify that none of the above conditions exist or have occurred. CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make cancellations and changes 24 hours prior to appointment. Changes and cancellations made within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of service(s). No shows will be charged full price of service(s) missed. 

Appointments that are scheduled for more than one hour will be asked for a credit card number

CHILD POLICY

We respectfully ask that you not have your children accompany you to the salon unless they have appointment.
